Kirkwood

Completed in December 2006, this project added seven new buildings to an existing high-end multifamily residential community. Four of the structures are called Coach Homes, featuring two-story brick Georgian Colonial exteriors with private courtyards and attached garages. One structure, a Row Home, features a four-story brick facade, attached garages, elevators, a library and multipurpose room. The remaining two structures, called The Park, feature an underground garage, direct elevator entrances to the condos and oak floors.
