Creekstone Capital Improvements Master Service Agreement

Creekstone doubled their production capabilities in 2020 and secured The Weitz Company to complete capital improvements including a new site access, bone grind operations, and cattle pen expansion. The Weitz Company also completed a welfare addition which included the cafeteria and locker rooms, a storm water management expansion, and improvements to other critical areas in the beef processing facility. The Master Service Agreement (MSA) allowed Creekstone and The Weitz Company to work together as partners to fast-track the execution of multiple projects simultaneously with an integrated team approach.
