K-State Olathe Innovation Campus

This design-build, bioscience project is the first of several buildings planned for K-State’s Olathe campus. The facility includes animal health and food safety research laboratories, classrooms and administrative offices. The project also includes one of the largest commercial kitchens in the Kansas City area and a public bistro. The project is LEED Silver certified.
