John Deere - Olathe

A three-story office building for John Deere built to house more than 400 marketing professionals. The single building project has meeting and training rooms, a video production studio, and an open-office atmosphere to facilitate teamwork in strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. Features include unimpeded visibility to the outside and excellent utilization of natural light. The project was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
