Jack Kerouac Lofts

This 52-unit building offers residents open floor plans with individual outdoor balconies; both characteristics of loft living.  Jack Kerouac Lofts is zoned as a one-of-a-kind live/work building.  The project includes a heated 77-stall parking structure podium. Each of the four floors contain curved walls in the hallway and 11-foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows.  Finishes included options such as cork, slate or hardwood floors, granite countertops, glass backsplashes and fireplaces.  The fourth floor has windows built into the monitor roofs for natural lighting.

Jack Kerouac Lofts is the third loft project successfully completed by The Weitz Company for client, Urban Neighborhoods.
