Hilton Garden Inn

An eight-story, 178-room hotel built on a tight downtown site. The structure is comprised of an innovative insulated form panel cast-in-place concrete system and precast plank – never before used on a commercial building project. The five-story garage includes 184 stalls. Built during one of the harshest winters in Omaha, the hotel opened on schedule and received the highest pre-opening inspection rating ever on a Hilton facility.
