Kansas City, MOAfter a rigorous 18-month schedule, the Weitz project team finished construction in February 2007. The glass tower’s 13 floors and 85,000 sf of luxury loft living includes features such as post-tensioned concrete floors and native Kansas limestone. High-end finishes include granite countertops, Italian closet systems, oak flooring and expansive glass windows. Three underground levels provide parking on-site. The team worked diligently on this project and adhered to Kansas City’s Plaza Urban Design and Development Plan.
