The Weitz Company is proud to celebrate its 45th anniversary since the opening of its Southwest and Florida offices. This milestone represents a long-standing commitment to delivering high-quality construction services and forging long-lasting partnerships within our local communities.
Southwest Office
Since opening our Southwest office in 1978, Weitz has played a vital role in shaping Arizona’s construction landscape, successfully completing more than 1,115+ projects ranging from data centers, aviation/transportation projects, commercial offices, senior living communities, and landmark multifamily buildings. Some landmark projects include the Phoenix Sky Train and Maintenance Facility, the Comarch Data Center, and 44 Monroe, the tallest apartment building in Phoenix.
Over the years, Weitz’s Southwest office has contributed more than 38+ million square feet of physical infrastructure to Arizona while also actively participating in the community. As Arizona’s construction industry evolves, Weitz remains dedicated to providing ongoing support to local industry organizations such as the Arizona Builders Alliance, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Arizona Subcontractors Association, and more.
We are thrilled to celebrate this significant milestone of our Southwest office’s 45th anniversary. Florida Commercial Office
That same year, Weitz opened our first office in West Palm Beach, Florida. Since 1978 Weitz has established itself as one of the largest and most reputable construction firms in the state. Over this time our Florida office has completed over 600 projects, totaling more than $3.5 billion with a repeat client rate of 75 percent. Now with two office locations, over 130 dedicated employees, and maintaining over 4.4 million man hours worked without a lost time injury, our Florida team is immensely grateful for our team members, trade partners, and clients who have made this possible.
Weitz Florida’s diverse portfolio expands across the hospitality, education, senior living, student housing, municipal, aviation, and commercial market sectors. All of the projects we have completed across Florida over the last 45 years have allowed our people to learn, our company to prosper, and our community to grow.
