Westside Student Life Complex

This $30 million project for Westside Community Schools in Nebraska includes partial demolition of the existing High School, including the natatorium, aquatics locker rooms, secondary gym, and two-story locker rooms, to make way for a new 67,000 SF Life Complex addition. The addition will feature a new natatorium with pool, spectator seating, and locker rooms, a fitness center, training center, multipurpose room, innovation classroom, secondary gym, and associated support spaces. The project also includes approximately 13,000 SF of interior renovations for a Life Skills Suite, Fitness Studio, Batting Cages, and a College & Career Readiness Center, with anticipated completion in November 2025.
