SBBC Village Elementary School

The Village Elementary construction project consisted of a new chiller plant and chiller loop replacement; a new kitchen multi-purpose building; the renovation of the existing kitchen building; and the addition of fire sprinklers in three buildings.

The first phase of this three-phase project consisted of a new 18,000-square-foot CMU multi-purpose kitchen building followed by the renovation of the existing kitchen building into new classrooms. The final phase consisted of the addition of fire sprinklers and air conditioner dampers in three buildings.
