Westside Student Life Complex

This $30 million project for Westside Community Schools in Nebraska was completed in November 2025 and included partial demolition of the existing high school, including the natatorium, aquatics locker rooms, secondary gym, and two-story locker rooms, to make way for a new 67,000-square-foot Life Complex addition. The addition features a new natatorium with pool, spectator seating, and locker rooms, as well as a fitness center, training center, multipurpose room, innovation classroom, secondary gym, and supporting spaces. The project also encompassed approximately 13,000 square feet of interior renovations, including a Life Skills Suite, Fitness Studio, Batting Cages, and a College and Career Readiness Center.
