At six stories and 230,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art building will bring together all Sammons’ local employees currently spread across three leased facilities. A significant feature will be a two-story amenity area for employees and visitors that will provide access to outdoor walking trails surrounding the property. Surface parking and a below-grade parking garage are also included in the project’s scope of work.
Scheduled for completion in the fall of 2020, this project for Sammons is the fourth major office building Weitz will have built around the West Des Moines intersection of Mills Civic Parkway and Jordan Creek Parkway – the new corporate headquarters for IMT Group in December 2018 after previously constructing campuses for Athene and Wells Fargo.
