OPS Lothrop Elementary School

Lothrop Elementary School, which is part of the Omaha Public Schools system, was completely renovated in 2016-17. The building was updated with an extensive mechanical renovation. A fire sprinkler system was added to the building and updates were made to the fire alarm system. New finishes were installed throughout, including energy efficient windows to replace the previous treatments.

As part of the renovation, the existing library was converted into a storm shelter.
