Hilary first got her start in our Arizona office before transferring to the Nebraska business unit in La Vista, which is close to her hometown of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Before taking on the role of business development manager in 2015, she had worked in operations and also has experience estimating projects. In her time with The Weitz Company, she has worked on over $350 million worth of projects.

Outside the office, Hilary serves on the board of directors for Children’s Square in Council Bluffs; is a Teammate mentor and teaches construction management courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
