John Deere Marketing & Sales Center

A three-story office building for John Deere built to house more than 400 marketing professionals. The single building project has expanded meeting and training rooms, a fitness center and an open-office atmosphere to facilitate teamwork in strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. There is unimpeded visibility to the outside and excellent utilization of natural light.

The project will be designed and constructed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
