The Element Hotel, Midtown Crossing

The Element Hotel encompassed many of The Weitz Company’s Build a Better Way practices, including 3-D modeling and LEAN construction to ensure cast-in-place concrete; post-tensioned structures; architectural precast concrete; metal panel and aluminum window skins; and a green roof were all constructed accurately and timely.

The Element Hotel, which is LEED Silver Certified, features meeting rooms; a board room; exercise room; limited service kitchen; and a breakfast/afternoon happy-hour dining area.
