The City of Des Moines will be building a new Animal Services Facility which will include animal intake/service areas, adoption service areas, animal housing, a veterinary clinic with surgery, and a drive-thru port. The building design consists of a brick masonry base, metal panel and cedar siding, and will be constructed on a 5-acre city-owned site.
