A member of Weitz since 1968, Glenn initiated the acquisition of The Weitz Company from the Weitz family, assembling a management group for the transition to employee-ownership. “The construction business has always been part of my life. My grandfather was a builder and my father was a general contractor. My attraction to Weitz was the stellar reputation of a company that was founded on a solid set of core values,” said Mr. De Stigter. Under Glenn’s leadership, construction revenues for The Weitz Company grew from $200 million in 1992 to averaging over $1 billion today. |

Mr. Martling has more than 35 years of construction experience and has been with The Weitz Company since 1981. He has supervised construction of some of the most challenging assignments that the company has built and continues to lead the company with new innovations in operational excellence. |

Mr. Strutt joined Weitz in 1986 and supervises and manages all contracts, licensing, corporate structure, acquisitions, legal and insurance programs related to The Weitz Company. He is involved with the AGC Tax and Fiscal Affairs Committee and AGC Contracts Committee, as well as the American, State of Iowa and Polk County Bar Associations. Mr. Strutt also has extensive experience in insurance and matters relating to senior living construction. |

Mr. Prust is a Certified Public Accountant and joined Weitz in 2009. He has more than 30 years of financial and accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. His expertise includes strategic leadership, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, reporting, financing and governance for Weitz. |
