Mr. Martling came to The Weitz Company in 1981, and offers more than 35 years in the construction industry. He has supervised the construction of some of our most challenging projects, and continues to lead the company with new innovations in operational excellence. |

Mr. Strutt joined Weitz in 1986 and supervises and manages all contracts, licensing, corporate structure, acquisitions, legal and insurance programs related to The Weitz Company. He is involved with the AGC Tax and Fiscal Affairs Committee and AGC Contracts Committee, as well as the American, State of Iowa and Polk County Bar Associations. Mr. Strutt also has extensive experience in insurance and matters relating to senior living construction. |

Mr. Prust is a Certified Public Accountant and joined Weitz in 2009. He has more than 30 years of financial and accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. His expertise includes strategic leadership, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, reporting, financing and governance for Weitz. |
