Village Center Station

Village Center Station Phase I was the first phase of a planned three-phase Transit Oriented Development (TOD) located near Interstate-25 and Arapahoe Road. Phase I features a six-level, precast office tower over a three-level restaurant/retail “wrapper” structure. Also included is a seven-level precast parking structure that can accommodate 785 cars.

Spectacular pedestrian plazas offer direct access to the Arapahoe Light Rail Station, as well as a gathering place for civic and cultural events.
