Royal Poinciana Playhouse Phase 2

The Royal Poinciana Playhouse Phase 2 project on Palm Beach consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing multilevel playhouse along with associated sitework, hardscapes and seawall. The project will include approximately 36,000 SF of renovations and 7,600 SF of additions. The scope of work also includes upgrades to the exterior shell of the building and redevelopment of exterior terrace spaces and restaurant patio deck that overlooks the intracoastal.
