Riviera Beach Marina District Redevelopment

This 28-acre redevelopment project includes new streets and sidewalks, extensive utility improvements, a community building called the Marina Events Center, an upgraded and reprogrammed bicentennial park with an interactive water playground, concessions pavilion and a boardwalk/promenade tying the site to the marina and a new private development. The two-story, 28,000-square-foot Marina Events Center includes a large ballroom and smaller meeting rooms.
