John’s Island Club – Beach Club

This two-level, Caribbean-style beach club sits along the stretch of pristine Atlantic Ocean shoreline in John’s Island. The site is elevated seven feet to provide spectacular views. The main level opens up to create an indoor/outdoor ambiance by use of custom Mahogany bi-fold doors and windows.

Other amenities included is a game room with billiard tables; fireplaces; libraries; atrium; and an inviting bar.

To accommodate the need for parking, the structure was engineered to add another seven feet of elevation to provide a lower-level parking garage. The pool features an infinity edge.
