Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN) Terminal Expansion

Routt County and the Yampa Valley Regional Airport have selected Weitz to serve as the CMAR for their legacy West Terminal Expansion project, which is the largest project in Routt County, Colorado, history. The West Terminal Expansion is Phase 1 of their three-phase Terminal Area Plan (TAP). This new ground-up terminal addition will include four new gate areas, a new TSA baggage screening and BHS system, dining and concessions, geothermal heating, boarding bridges, and new conveyance systems (elevators and escalators). The airport is located just 25 miles from Steamboat Springs.
