Village of North Palm Beach Clubhouse

This project consisted of demolishing and completely renovating the existing 55-year-old clubhouse facility and other site elements to make way for the new 38,708 SF, two-story clubhouse. The new clubhouse includes an interior bar and dining area, outdoor dining terrace, commercial kitchen, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a pro shop with memorabilia display and a ballroom overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The project also features an interactive water feature, addition of an ancillary building to the existing pool area, replacement of the parking area, new landscaping and related infrastructure.
