Goodyear, AZThis project marks the first phase of a multi-phase conversion transforming an existing warehouse space into a fully operational tortilla chip production line, along with select plant-wide upgrades to support expanded manufacturing capabilities.
Phase one focuses on preparing the facility for the new production line by relocating an existing high-capacity racking system. The system, which currently stores approximately 500 pallets of seasoning and packaging materials, will be dismantled and reinstalled on the opposite side of the plant within the shipping area. This strategic relocation optimizes material flow, frees up critical floor space for new equipment installation, and maintains operational continuity throughout construction.
Completing this initial phase establishes the foundation for a long-term partnership.
