CTI Ready Mix Renovation

The CTI Ready Mix Renovation project included the complete renovation and modernization of CTI’s existing concrete plant. The scope of work included demolition of the existing office space, renovations to warehouse and shop areas, refurbishment of exterior process equipment, and installation of new plant equipment.

A key component of the project was the sandblasting and repainting of existing plant equipment, restoring the facility’s appearance while extending the service life of critical assets. The office building was demolished to its structural shell and fully rebuilt to better support daily operations. The renovated space now includes a modern driver lounge, dedicated concrete testing laboratory, and new plant manager’s office designed to improve workflow and operational efficiency. Additional interior upgrades enhanced functionality and created an improved work environment for plant personnel.

The warehouse and shop areas were reconfigured and upgraded to better support maintenance activities, equipment storage, and day-to-day operations. New process equipment was also installed to improve production capabilities and position the facility to meet future demands.

Overall, the CTI Ready Mix Renovation transformed an aging concrete plant into a modern, efficient facility that better supports employees, enhances operational performance, and provides a strong foundation for future growth.
