Palm Beach County Judicial Center Parking Garage

The Palm Beach County Judicial Center Garage is a 191,601-square-foot parking garage. This project consisted of a two-story addition on top of an existing four-story garage. The unique challenge that The Weitz Company faced on this project was keeping the existing garage open to the public while adding two stories above. This required a tremendous amount of coordination between Weitz’s project team and Palm Beach County, which in the end was very successful as this project finished on time and under budget.
