John’s Island Club Clubhouse Renovation

This renovation project features an expansion to the clubhouse’s upper-level grill room, including expansion of the grill’s balcony to provide additional outdoor dining. An existing indoor dining area was converted into a wine bar. The club’s formal dining room, ballroom, conference rooms and other areas were updated with new finishes. A counter-service cafe was added on the lower level with both indoor and outdoor dining areas.
