Holmes Murphy and Associates Corporate Headquarters

Weitz served as construction manager for Holmes Murphy’s new headquarters in Waukee, Iowa. Sitting on 15 plus acres, the 93,700 square-foot building is complimented by a large, multi-function outdoor patio area as well as a water feature with a bike path around it that connects to the local bike trail system. The office commons areas include a light-filled atrium with a large “harvest” table and other seating to accommodate large company events. Other commons spaces include conference and collaboration areas, a coffee bar, kitchenette and gym. Employee workspaces include a variety of cubicle configurations as well as private offices.
