This project involves the new construction of a single-story administration building for the City of Grimes, designed to accommodate city offices and council chambers. The building will include office space for multiple departments, internal conference rooms, public meeting spaces, and a public reception and customer service area to support community engagement.
Construction Management
Weitz is serving as the Construction Manager for the project and is coordinating 11 prime contractors across separate bid packages, ensuring efficient execution and project delivery.
