Fox Plaza

Fox Plaza, the striking 34-story office tower, is located on Twentieth Century Fox property in the heart of Century City. The building has a structural steel frame with granite and glass unitized wall system. The two-story lobby features a barrel vaulted coffered ceiling. Due to its prism shape, many floors of Fox Plaza have 16 corner offices. A fresh air shaft runs from grade to roof, providing a natural form of ventilation. Fresh air is delivered to each floor and used air is exhausted out the top of the shaft. Fox Plaza sits on a tight urban site and includes six levels of parking.
