Dry ingredient blending and mixing process facility for petfood treats, e.g. bones, chewable nibbles, snacks, and similar products. Weitz millwright crews installed all the owner provided process equipment, E-house MCC building, air compressor building provided and installed bulk loadout structure, truck scales, all site improvement work and all the auxiliary equipment.

Included in Weitz’ scope was all the electrical design, supply, and installation of all the electrical power and control wiring including the main electrical power transformer. Work also included mechanical design, supply and installation of compressed air systems, fire protection sprinkler system and HVAC systems. The work also includes an office and laboratory buildout (7,500 sq. ft.) inside an existing precast building (275,000 sq. ft.), which consisted of offices, conference room, laboratory room, restrooms, breakroom, HVAC system, fire sprinkler system, and smoke dampers.
