4-Mile District

Weitz has been awarded CM/GC agreement for Phase 1 construction of the 4 Mile Entertainment District. The project is located just east of Colorado Blvd, between E Virginia Ave and E Cherry Creek S Drive. 

Phase 1 elements of the project include: 

• A 7-Level, 733 stall, parking structure 

• Brownfield site redevelopment 

• Horizontal Infrastructure: private drives, sidewalks, utilities plazas & site improvements 

• Pad sites for six additional retail/restaurant buildings
