3800 Blake Hotel

The 3800 Blake Hotel will be a 12 story, 182 key hotel boasting a ballroom, meeting rooms, co-working, amenity areas, dining, as well as back of house operations. The hotel will be the third project on this city block in the River North (RiNo) Arts District in Denver.

This project at 3800 Blake is uniquely challenging because there will be three active projects on a very tight site that is less than three quarters of a city block. We will have four tower cranes in the same block, along with the potential for one or two neighboring cranes. In order to avoid conflicts, the team has incorporated all site logistics for the three projects utilizing a 4D model and video.
