His role goes well beyond daily logistics and also helps bring new technologies to jobsites and turns them into practical value for project teams. 

Dave enables the use of tools such as drones, Dusty Robotics, Rod Radar, safety hooks, solar light poles, and light plants by working closely with teams companywide to keep them available, functional, and ready to use. As Weitz looks for new ways to improve safety, efficiency, and project results, he provides the operational support that helps turn innovation into action.
