Connell Real Estate and Development is pleased to announce the grand opening of The TOMSCOT Apartments in Scottsdale, Arizona. The grand opening will be celebrated at the community clubhouse on February 9, 2017 with a ribbon cutting event hosted by the City of Scottsdale at 11:30am and an evening reception hosted by The Connell Company at 4:30pm. The Weitz Company was the project’s general contractor and the architect was K&I Homes LLC located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
