Wigwam Resort Renovation

Located in Litchfield Park, the historic Wigam Resort was originally built in 1918. The project consists of renovations and additions throughout the property including new outdoor pool, front entry, dinning and cabanas, renovations to the main entrance and reception; extensive outdoor improvements; and new restrooms and bar areas. The extensive site improvements covered approximately 2.5 acres including a 10,500 SF Wedding Lawn, 13,200 SF Event Lawn, 12,500 SF Front Drive Area, 6,000 SF Front Lawn Area, and 13,500 SF Pool Lawn Area. The interior improvements consisted of 13,100 SF and included the pool bar addition, pool restroom addition and interior improvements at the main lodge.
