Werner Park
Papillion, NEThe most notable addition to Sarpy County in recent past, Werner Park serves as the new home of the Kansas City Royals Triple-A baseball team, the Omaha Storm Chasers, who were formerly known as the Omaha Royals.
Working closely with Sarpy County and architectural firm DLR Group, The Weitz Company provide early preconstruction services to develop a project budget and schedule. We then ultimately acted as the construction manager at risk on this 9,000-seat, state of the art baseball park.
