Wellington Branch Library Renovation & Chiller Replacement

Complete interior renovation of the approximately 30,000 square feet interior of the Palm Beach County Wellington Branch Library on the south side of Forest Hill Boulevard. The renovations included special flooring for the kids area, new carpet, new interior lighting, electrical, and security systems upgrade. Includes the replacement of the existing new entire-building air conditioning chiller. Exterior work includes re-asphalt of the entire parking lot and landscape upgrade.
