University of Florida New Undergraduate Residential Complex with Honors College

Located along Museum Road in Gainesville, Florida, the University of Florida’s New Undergraduate Residential Complex with Honors College is intended to promote a sense of community amongst students and Honors program staff. This state-of-the-art facility will feature four residence halls, 5-6 stories each, and a one-story common space building to create the five building complex. The residential buildings will house a combination of single and double suites, including ADA suites, for a total of 1,415 beds (825 units). The residential complex will also include academic support spaces, faculty offices, reading room, maker studio, gaming lounge, ensemble practice room, art studio, mindfulness/meditation suite, Great Lawn with outdoor amenities, and Great Hall with convertible space for a lecture hall, lounge, cocktail reception, or banquet-style event.
