Taubman Prestige Outlets of Chesterfield

Taubman Prestige Outlets of Chesterfield is an open-air, village-style property located west of St. Louis, Mo. The upscale, 49-acre property features 210,000 square feet of retail space; a dog-friendly environment; access to the levee-fitness trail that runs along the Missouri River; a food court; and motor coach parking area. The 11-building development offers over 100 retail stores.

Weitz worked closely with the project team and provided extensive Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design and Construction services prior to construction.
