SDPBC W.T. Dwyer High School – Addition & Renovation

William T. Dwyer High School – Addition & Renovation is a two-phased campus expansion and modernization project that features a new 2-story, 48,000 SF career academy that includes 25 classrooms and laboratories, and 33,000 SF of renovated space at the existing computer center situated on the campus’ northwest corner. All work took place while the campus remained in full operation.

Weitz built the original 309,505 SF campus in 1991, which was completed 5 months ahead of schedule and within budget.
