Providing construction manager at risk services, The Weitz Company completed five consecutive projects for Palm Beach Atlantic University. The five projects included Sachs Hall; Baxter Dormitory; Greene Center for Sports and Recreation; and the two-phase project of Warren Library. All projects were completed on time and within budget and were built within a busy downtown city environment while the campus remained in full operation.
