Oral Care Manufacturing Facility

The Weitz Company is delivering a design-build of a new 150,000 SF mixed-use Oral Care Manufacturing Facility on newly acquired property in Iowa. This project will support advanced manufacturing and logistics operations through a purpose-built structure tailored to the client’s specifications. Spanning approximately 18 months from initial design through final handover, the facility will include: rack storage and warehouse operations for production assembly, molding, utility infrastructure (compressed air, power, etc.), laboratories, quality assurance, and administrative functions.

This project will leverage Weitz’s integrated design-build capabilities to deliver speed, cost certainty, and operational excellence across all phases of execution.
