One Park Place

Kansas City, MO

Weitz converted this large, Kansas City landmark into luxury condominiums. Originally designed by Skidmore Owings Merrill in 1967, the building was one of the first designed and built in the International Style of architecture.

This challenging, historical renovation transformed the former BMA Tower office building into 106 luxury condominiums. The top two floors of the building are single units. Amenities include an indoor lap pool and fitness center; media room; wine cellar; and driving range.

As a registered historical landmark, each step of the renovation was approved by the Kansas City, Mo., Parks Department. All features are consistent with the original design of the building.
