The scope includes two full-service kitchens, updated locker rooms, amenity spaces, and a modern fitness center, creating a more welcoming and versatile environment for members and guests. Key improvements also include structural modifications to enclose patio areas and replacement of exterior windows with impact-rated systems, elevating both safety and aesthetics. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a new 3-story parking garage, providing expanded and convenient parking to support the clubhouse and its amenities.
