Immanuel Lakeside Lighthouse Addition

Weitz was chosen to renovate and add onto the existing Lakeside campus. The Immanuel Lakeside Lighthouse project includes a long-term care addition and renovation of the existing long-term care facility.

Weitz had previously done a renovation and addition to the Immanuel Lakeside Commons building and added the Lakeside Lofts residences to the campus prior to the Lighthouse addition to the expansive west Omaha property.
– The project was phased in order to accommodate the building’s residents.
– This project includes improvements to an existing facility.
– Safety was our first priority when working around senior residents.
