HYPRPlant eFuels Production Facility

Weitz is completing an overall site preparation and installation of a 100 MW HYPRPlant at an eFuels production facility in Texas. The project consists of a generation unit & related infrastructure that will feed a commercial-scale eFuels production site. Expected to be the world’s largest eFuels production site, the project will generate synthetic aviation fuel, diesel, and naphtha for hard-to-abate transport sectors.

The HYPRPlant system utilizes a proprietary high-power PEM technology to produce ultra-low-cost hydrogen from renewable energy. Manufactured primarily in Texas and delivered as modular skids, the solution reduces total installed costs by up to 60% and accelerates deployment timelines.
