Included in the scope of a tenant improvement project for a large corporation in Colorado was a secure, on-site data center. Construction services entailed the delivery of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems room, mechanical pump room, secondary electrical room and installation of two cooling towers on the roof to properly support the data center.
