Cleveland Hopkins International Airport – Multiple Tenant Structures D-B Services

Cleveland, OH

This project at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is a key component of the airport’s CLEvolution campaign, a long-term initiative designed to modernize CLE over the next decade. The Multiple Tenant Structures Design-Build Services project will enhance the airport’s capacity to support a wide range of aviation tenants while improving operational efficiency and future flexibility.

The project consists of multiple ground-up facilities tailored for a range of users at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, including general aviation operators, maintenance providers, specialty service groups, and other aviation-related tenants. Each structure has been planned to accommodate distinct operational needs while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity and efficient site layout.

As part of this effort, several tenant buildings will be constructed, including the Centralized Deicing Facility, Deicing Disposal Facility, Ground Support Equipment Wash Bay, and Ground Support Services Building. These facilities will include hangar space, administrative offices, storage areas, and supporting infrastructure.
